About MCP Inspector

The MCP (Model Context Protocol) Inspector allows you to connect to and debug MCP servers in real-time. You can browse available tools, resources, and prompts, and test them directly from your browser.

Supported Transports

  • Streamable HTTP - Modern, recommended transport for remote servers
  • SSE (Legacy) - Server-Sent Events for older MCP servers

CORS Requirements

Your MCP server must enable CORS to allow browser connections. Add the appropriate Access-Control-Allow-Origin headers to your server configuration.
